Hi, I’m Chad!

A little bit about me…

You can say I was born with faraway lands in my blood. My parents, both South Carolina natives, had me on an island in the North Pacific. After moving a couple of times, we settled back into the Upstate of South Carolina. I grew up an artist, always wanting to create and to inspire others.  It was that way from as far back as I can remember. Visual art and music was always my love, my therapy, my passion. Drawing and painting made its way to photography, something that had always interested me, and I began working in a studio taking portraits.

Have camera. Will travel.

Fast-foward a few years and you find me driving across the US in a Mazda3 with nothing but some camping gear, a camera and a killer road trip playlist. After that, Thailand. Then a short move to Bali and back home once more.

I brought home a bunch of new friendships, a fresh appreciation for the outdoors and a ton of practice with my camera. And that’s when I knew what I was called to do – Capture spaces (be it deserted landscapes or well-designed interiors) and share the stories of those spaces. Stories that are unique. Stories that are charming. Stories that are welcoming. Stories that inspire.

Now I offer my services to those who want to show off that inspiring charm of their properties. I live in Charleston, SC but my clients, my spirit of adventure and love of exploration inspires me to travel all over the world doing what I do best. I currently travel to capture some of the best real estate and landscape photography in the following areas: Charleston, SC, Bluffton, SC, Hilton Head, SC, Greenville, SC, Anderson, SC, Asheville, NC, Charlotte, NC, Savannah, GA, Atlanta, GA.
